A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with an incident in which a man suffered head injuries. A ambulance was called to Chestnut Avenue, Redcar, Teesside, at around 1.25am yesterday (OCT 9) and a 65-year-old man was treated at the address.
Later, at 9.13am, police attended and found the man unconscious.
He was taken to James Cook University Hospital, in Middlesbrough, where he remains in a stable condition.Cleveland Police today said a 46-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
