Officers investigating a hit and run in which a toddler died say the driver of the vehicle involved could live outside the North East. Three year old Danny Wake was killed in Darlington on Monday.
He'd been walking along Neasham Road with his mother and brother. Since then police have been trying to trace the driver. Police say it's possible the vehicle could have been a delivery van. Inspector Neil Fuller is from Durham Police:
