The former chairman of Cleveland Police Authority has been found not guilty of a charge that he tried to intimidate a witness.
Dave Mccluckie was alleged to have visited his friend Peter Blythe on two separate occasions after discovering Mr Blythe had spoken to police officers investigating allegations of corruption within the Cleveland Force.
