Police are continuing to appeal for help in their search for missing Janis Hall.
Superintendent Mick Paterson, from Northumbria Police, said:
"I want to thank those who attended the public meeting in Catton this week in relation to the disappearance of Janis Hall.
"The meeting allowed us to gather information and reassure local residents about the heightened police activity in the area.
"The meeting was really well attended and the information we received may just give us the lead we need to help find Janis. I want to assure the local community that we are doing all we can to find her.
"Officers are also continuing to carry out enquiries in the area and wider afield to trying and establish her last known movements."
