An emergency summit on the dangers of rivers in York, prompted partly by the deaths of Megan Roberts and others in the city, will be held under "Chatham House" rules, according to the Police and Crime Commissioner Julia Mulligan.
She said it would allow reporting of the meeting generally, but would facilitate an open discussion, with "no stone was left unturned".
