OECD video outlines its outlook for the global economy

Economic growth in the G7 countries is expected to be firmer through the first half of 2012, but the recovery remains fragile and will likely proceed at different speeds in North America and Europe, the OECD has said in its latest Interim Economic Assessment.

OECD: Britain 'in recession'

The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development has said it expects Britain's economy to contract by 0.4 percent for January to March, following on from last quarter's -0.3 percent.
