Rocket explodes as Arab summit begins
A rocket or mortar round landed on the edge of the fortified Green Zone in Iraq's capital today where an Arab League summit, a senior security source has told Reuters.
Nine heads of state are attending the meeting.
A Reuters reporter at the scene also heard the blast.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
