US Joint Chiefs Chairman says prostitution scandal 'let the boss down'

The chairman of the US Joint Chiefs General Martin Dempsey has told a conference in Colombia of his 'embarrassment' about an alleged prostitution probe involving US agents and military officers.

A dozen US Secret Service agents sent to Colombia to provide security for President Barack Obama at an international summit have been relieved of duty over alleged misconduct. Sources said the misconduct involved prostitutes in Cartagena.
