A paralysed woman in a bionic suit has completed the London Marathon after 16 days of walking. Celebrities from have backed a campaign calling for Claire Lomas to be given a medal for completing the course.

Paralysed woman prepares for final marathon mile

Paralysed woman, Claire Lomas, has told ITV's Daybreak she was looking forward to "a rest and sit down", as well time "with her little girl" after completing the London marathon course.

The former eventer who was paralysed in a riding accident in 2007, is preparing for the final push in her epic marathon challenge which she will complete using her 'bionic legs' later today.
