An investigation is under way into the killing of two British servicemen in Afghanistan. It happened in Lashkar Gar when a soldier and an RAF airman were shot dead by men they had been working with, their families have been informed.

The safety of the plane was put at risk by distraction caused by monitoring the drones, a report into the incident has found.
