Libyan PM pays respect to Yvonne Fletcher
The Libyan Prime Minister has laid a wreath at the place where Wpc Yvonne Fletcher was shot dead outside of the Libyan Embassy in 1984.
He paused just for a few seconds before moving on to a speech at Chatham House nearby.
