King's Troop salute Prince Philip in Hyde Park
The King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery fired a 41-gun salute to celebrate the Duke of Edinburgh's 91st birthday.
The salute took place at midday today, led by Parade Commander Adjutant Captain John Gibson RHA.
A Royal Salute normally consists of 21 guns, but this is increased to 41 rounds if fired from a Royal Residence or Royal park.
