Lance Armstrong files lawsuit to block US doping charges

The seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong has filed a federal lawsuit in Austin, Texas, to block the US Anti-Doping Agency's charges that he has used performance-enhancing drugs.

The charges related to "allegations of anti-doping rule violations" during his time with the United States Postal Service (USPS) cycling team.
