Tomlinson jury retires for the evening
The jury in the case of a police officer accused of the manslaughter of Ian Tomlinson has retired after a third day of deliberations.
Mr Justice Fulford said he was prepared to accept a majority verdict on which at least 10 jurors were agreed.
Deliberations will begin at 10am tomorrow.
