'Tombstoner' killed after jumping from bridge in Cumbria

A 22-year-old man appears to have become the latest victim of 'tombstoning' - jumping into water from high places. Last summer, police warned people they risked prosecution if they leapt into the River Lune from Devil's Bridge in Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria.

The body of the victim, from the Manchester area, was found several hours after police were called to the scene shortly after 5pm yesterday.
