Record-breaking weightlifter 'overwhelmed' by achievement
After setting a new British weightlifting record Zoe Smith told ITV News that she felt "overwhelmed" by her achievement.
Although she only finished 12th in the women's 58kg, the 18-year-old, competing in the B group, set the new British clean and jerk record (121kg) and new personal best total (211kg) in her first Olympics. She remarked on the "unbelievable reception" she received from the home crowd.
