- PC Ian Dibell was shot dead on July 9 when he intervened in a dispute between neighbours in the seaside town of Clacton in Essex.
- The man accused of his murder, Peter Reeve, 64, was later found dead in a cemetery in Essex.
- He was declared dead at the scene and no shots were fired by police, according to a police spokesman.
- Mr Reeve, is suspected of shooting Pc Dibell and injuring a member of the public in a residential street Clacton.
