Paralympic Flame races to Olympic Stadium

The Paralympic Flame is still in a very active race against time to reach the Olympic Stadium for tonight's opening ceremony.

Organisers have been forced to light a backup torch after the final day relay ran two hours behind schedule - before it even reached the capital this morning.

Hundreds of torchbearers received huge support as they passed a series of famous London landmarks on the way to the Olympic Park in Stratford.
