Simmonds excited for the closing ceremony

Ellie Simmonds said she was looking forward to tonight's closing ceremony after an "amazing Games".

The teenage swimmer told BBC Radio 5 Live:

I am very excited and quite emotional. I am sad that it has ended but I am really looking forward to the closing ceremony tonight and everything I have got to do afterwards. I'm so happy with what I have achieved.

'Greatest Paralympics ever'

International Paralympics Committee President Sir Philip Craven said the UK hosted, "quite simply amazing Paralympic Games" and called them, "the greatest Paralympic Games ever".
