Palace won't pursue complaint over Harry photos in the Sun
Prince Harry's aides have said they will not be making a formal complaint to the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) about the Sun's publication of nude photos of him.
Harry is currently on deployment in Afghanistan as an Apache helicopter co-pilot gunner and a spokesman for St James's Palace said pursuing a complaint "would prove to be a distraction".
He continued: "We remain of the opinion that a hotel room is a private space where its occupants would have a reasonable expectation of privacy."
