Team Europe golfers Ian Poulter and Justin Rose beat the US's legendary Tiger Woods and Steve Ricker 2&1 in the Ryder Cup.
Brit Poulter's par-saving putt of about 15 feet at the 16th hole allowed the European tandem to clinch their foursomes match at 17 on a cool, breezy day at Medinah Country Club in Illinois, US.
Poulter had enjoyed great success in the Cup competition, with an 8-3-0 record. Two of those losses came against US duos that included Woods.
He said: "Tiger has had two of my three defeats and I never wanted to have another one."
