Zoo's tall order safely delivers giraffes

Getting two giraffes safely moved in to their new home in Scotland proved to be a bit of a stretch, literally.

The delicate operation to transport Harriet and Keisha to Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling was carried out using a specially designed trailer which could extend to 20ft. It was used to transport the animals 320 miles from Twycross Zoo in Atherstone, Warwickshire.
