North Yorkshire Police receives further Savile allegation

North Yorkshire Police says it has received another report of a sexual offence linked to its enquiry into Sir Jimmy Savile.

  • The offence involving a teenage girl is alleged to have happened in Scarborough in the late-1960s
  • It is the second report the force has received, and has been referred to the Metropolitan Police
