FIFA has confirmed that the England v Poland match in Warsaw will be played tomorrow afternoon:
With torrential rain falling in the hours leading up to kick-off rendering the pitch unplayable, officials had no option but to eventually call the game off after a number of inspections.
According to Article 19, paragraph 7 of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Regulations, the postponed match is to take place on the following day.
Also, both teams may alter their start list as the match had not commenced.
