Voters in Obama's home city of Chicago said they are pleased with President Obama's performance in last night's presidential debate. His supporters said they were heartened by his more confident performance. Self-described swing voter Scott Smith said:
"I like to see someone fight back, it was nice to see the host fact-check and see Obama fight for his dignity"
The presidential candidates were at a charity dinner in Manhatten, a light hearted event where they poke fun at themselves and each other.
You can tell a lot about this campaign from where the candidates travel. That's because where they go is where they need votes.
Ohio is the state that both candidates want to win and the the rock stars of the Democratic Party are in town in a bid to help secure it.
