Mitt Romney's eldest son joked in a radio interview that he wanted to "take a swing" at Barack Obama after the president called his father a liar during the latest televised debate, according to Politico.
Asked by North Carolina radio host Bill LuMaye what it felt like to "hear the president of the United States call your dad a liar," Tagg said:
"Jump out of your seat and you want to rush down to the stage and take a swing at him."
"But you know you can’t do that because, well, first because there’s a lot of Secret Service between you and him, but also because that’s the nature of the process.”
The presidential candidates were at a charity dinner in Manhatten, a light hearted event where they poke fun at themselves and each other.
You can tell a lot about this campaign from where the candidates travel. That's because where they go is where they need votes.
Ohio is the state that both candidates want to win and the the rock stars of the Democratic Party are in town in a bid to help secure it.
