Louis Smith wows Strictly judges with 'spookily good' tango

Oympic medal-winning gymnast Louis Smith stormed to the top of the Strictly Come Dancing leaderboard tonight as an evening of spooky routines dominated the dancefloor.

He received a top score of 35 points during the Halloween-themed show as judge Bruno Tonioli described his routine as "the first killer tango of the season".

Smith and partner Flavia Cacace played a pair of zombies dancing to Rihanna's hit Disturbia.

Darcey Bussell said the Olympic star was "spookily good" and performed "the best tango of the night", while Len Goodman said he wanted to turn the clocks back early to watch the gymnast dance again.
