Building 'collapses' in New York

Part of a building has collapsed in Manhattan, New York City, as Post-Tropical Cyclone Sandy nears shore. Meg Robertson told The Huffington Post the debris from the collapsed wall was five or six feet high, and that she was surprised no one was injured.
