Off-duty police officer discovered human remains
An off-duty officer for Cheshire Police came across more human remains while walking on the banks of the River Dee in Chester, according to a statement on the North Wales Police website.
The remains were found in Ferry Lane, Higher Ferry, Chester. Police have sealed off the area.
