Olympic hero Ennis shows off car for procession

Olympic gold medallist Jessica Ennis is pretty nippy on the track, but that is nothing compared to her latest set of wheels.

The heptathlon star is taking part in this year's Lord Mayor's Show procession in the City of London and showed off the car that will take her around on November 10.

Ennis, 26, was especially good in the running events in the seven-discipline sport but said she got an adrenaline rush when the Jaguar F-Type hit 150mph on a test run.

Ennis, an ambassador for the Jaguar Academy of Sport, said: "I did get quite excited the other day when I was driving it - we got up to about 150mph and I don't think I can run that fast!

"It was a massive adrenaline rush, it's great to experience that kind of speed. But I don't think I'll be reaching that kind of speed anytime soon."
