Syrian state television is reporting that there was "news of casualties among civilians and big material damage in the two places" and does not mention a military target in today's car bomb attacks in Deraa.
State TV reports say that the two car bombs, which activists claim killed dozens of Syrian soldiers in a military camp, went off at separate locations in the city and gave no further details.
