Sam Bracanov was allegedly captured on CCTV preparing to commit an assault, according to One News.

Bracanov has troubled the Royals before - in the 1990s, he attempted to spray Prince Charles and the Queen with air freshener because he wanted to "remove the stink of royalty".

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall had earlier met some of New Zealand’s top sportsmen at the national sports centre.
