The leader of Hamas spoke today of how this is a "difficult", but "glorious" time for their resistance. Khaled Meshaal said:
"I am proud of the Palestinian resistance... It also pains me because we have lost dear ones. I grieve for the families who have lost their dear ones and their sons. It pains me to see the leadership fall and die... The enemy has dealt us a great blow."
