One in three drivers 'still use mobile phone'
One in three drivers admit they still use mobile handset while behind the wheel, despite a ban being in place for nearly ten years, a report has found.
1 million motorists have been caught illegally using a hand-held mobile phone whilst driving since legislation was introduced in 2003, according to LV= car insurance.
