A police spokesperson has confirmed that ten people are still in a "serious or critical" condition in hospital after a multiple car pile up on an interstate in Texas.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said that an accident on the eastbound carriageway of Interstate 10 probably started the pile up, with drivers being caught out because of thick fog.
