News of a royal baby has been celebrated on the island of Anglesey in north Wales, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge live.
William works as a helicopter search and rescue pilot from the RAF base on the island but it allows the couple to have a private life that is fiercely protected by the residents.
It is this privacy and sense of normality that has led to speculation that the royal couple may remain on the island for the duration of the pregnancy.
ITV Correspondent Rupert Evelyn reports:
The Duchess of Cambridge left hospital today, after three days of treatment for a severe form of morning sickness.
A nurse disclosed information about Kate's condition to two DJs who rang the hospital claiming to be the Queen and Prince Charles.
The Duchess of Cambridge is to spend another night in hospital being treated for acute morning sickness but is said to be feeling better.
