The presenters of the Australian radio show which prank called their way into a conversation with Kate's hospital nurse have talked more about the episode.
"They were the worst accents ever and when we made that phone call, we were sure a hundred people at least before us would have tried the same thing," said 2DayFM presenter Mel Greig.
Co-host Michael Christian added: "With the world's worst accent, they put us straight through!"
"We were expecting to be hung up on - we didn't even know what to say," Mel admitted.
"We got through and now the entire world is talking," said Christian.
The Duchess of Cambridge left hospital today, after three days of treatment for a severe form of morning sickness.
A nurse disclosed information about Kate's condition to two DJs who rang the hospital claiming to be the Queen and Prince Charles.
The Duchess of Cambridge is to spend another night in hospital being treated for acute morning sickness but is said to be feeling better.
