A nurse who was found dead today after a hoax telephone call was made to the hospital treating the Duchess of Cambridge has been named as Jacintha Saldanha.
The King Edward VII hospital said she was a "first-class nurse who had cared for hundreds of patients" and that it made the announcement with "very deep sadness."
