American footballer pays tribute to massacre victim

A New York Giants American footballer has paid tribute to six-year-old Jack Pinto who was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting.

Pinto was a big fan of wide receiver Victor Cruz and is expected to be laid to rest in the footballer's jersey.

Cruz tweeted a picture of his boots that he wore during the New York Giants' game with Atlanta, that donned the message: "Pinto my hero".
