Man charged over pig's head 'harassment'

A man has been charged with a religiously-aggravated offence after a pig's head was found outside a community centre being used by a Muslim prayer group.

The 23 year old man will appear in court in 2012 charged with causing harassment, alarm or distress, say Leicestershire Police.

The man was arrested last night by officers investigating an incident in the Thurnby Lodge area of Leicester on Boxing Day.
