Devon Newell, 32, has been charged in relation to a fatal collision which killed a 13-year-old girl following a police pursuit in Ilderton Road, south Bermondsey on Sunday.
He has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous dangerous driving, failing to stop for police, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, no insurance and no license.
