David Bowie, who turns 66 today, has released his first new single in seven years.

'Where Are We Now?' was published on the singer's official website in the early hours of this morning and is his first new work since 2006.

The updated site also revealed that a new album, called 'THE NEXT DAY', would be released in March.

The work will be his first album since 2003's 'Reality'.
