David Cameron and Nick Clegg are set to publish a dossier detailing progress on 480 pledges made by the coalition Government, which will acknowledge that some targets have been missed, The Telegraph reported tonight.

The new dossier is understood to be an annexe to the Mid-Term Review, which goes through every one of the 480 measures in the 2010 Coalition Agreement to update the public on what progress has been made.

The Telegraph reported that the document will confirm that the coalition has missed more than 70 pledges in areas ranging from pensions and road-building to criminal justice.
