Commenting on the hostage situation in Algeria and the death of a Briton there, William Hague has said that, "there is no excuse for such behaviour, whatever excuse they may claim. It is absolutely unacceptable. It is in this case the cold-blooded murder of people going about their business."
A fourth British victim of the Algerian siege was named today as efforts continued to repatriate their bodies. The Foreign Office issued a statement from the family of Sebastian John which said he would be eternally missed.
