The Metropolitan Police has confirmed it is investigating historic allegations of child abuse at a guest house in south west London.
The allegations of abuse at the Elm Guest House in Barnes originated from an investigation sparked by information passed to police by Labour MP Tom Watson. The claims date back to the early 1980s.
The Met said the new investigation, Operation Fernbridge, will be led by the Child Abuse Investigation Command.
