Detectives have launched a murder investigation following the death of a two-year-old boy. Officers were called to a home in Modbury, Devon, yesterday morning after the little boy's body was discovered by a member of the public.
Police confirmed they have arrested a woman and she is being questioned by officers on suspicion of murder. As well as carrying out door-to-door enquiries, police have also begun initial forensic work - although it is believed a post-mortem examination has yet to be carried out.
