Police officer re-bailed over Plebgate claims
A 52-year-old Metropolitan Police officer who was arrested over the alleged leak of information to national newspapers about former chief whip Andrew Mitchell's tirade at Downing Street police officers has been re-bailed to return next month.
The constable, who worked in the Diplomatic Protection Group, remains suspended from duty.
