North Korea plans to undertake a third nuclear test and more long-range rocket launches which will be targeted at its "enemy" the United States, its Defence Commission was quoted as saying by the country's state news agency.
North Korea's top military body said:
We are not disguising the fact that the various satellites and long-range rockets that we will fire and the high-level nuclear test we will carry out are targeted at the United States.
