A strict diet and exercise has transformed Andy Murray into a winner, reports the Observer.

Murray's day begins at 6:30am, with beach running at his Miami training camp. The day then consists of a strict diet, including red meat, sushi and protein shakes. Murray takes part in a series of strength and cardio workouts, and yoga.
