Duncan Smith calls Labour MPs 'discombobulated monkeys'

The Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith has called Labour MPs a "bunch of discombobulated monkeys", during attacks from the Opposition benches on the Government's welfare reforms.

He was defending the coalition's benefits policies, as they lined up in the Commons to criticise the changes during his department's questions today.
